Take it to the mattresses

So, now that our gears are going... here are some curious comments on bed sheets...

Now that I don't suffer from embarrassing back pimples.. for months and months now! Thanks to changing my hair care :) But why am I still getting pimples on my chest? Ok, here's what has recently come to my attention through unintentional trial and error.. so to speak.

I was wearing a regular t-shirt to bed for about a month we'll say (obviously I washed it:p) but a t-shirt none the less.. high neck is important here. My chest started to clear up? pimples weren't forming.. existing ones were fading into tiny specks of redness. Hallelujah!

Well.. I started to get a little warm at night so switched over to wearing a beater. Low neck is important here. Pimples came home. I think I've got about 5 right now on my chest.
I have realised that my duvet cover is giving me acne! I also sleep with my duvet wrapped around my head... kind of like I'm in a cocoon? Could that be why I have severe acne along my jawline? From wrapping my face with this blanket every night?
I'm currently testing this theory.
I went out and bought a bunch more light cotton t-shirts with high necks that are super cute from Urban Outfitters. Vintage! Anyways.. back to wearing high neck T's to bed and those pesky pimps are backing off again.

My second test is.. I've been trying very, very hard to not wrap my head up into a cozy cocoon every night to see if my jaw improves. I have noticed some pretty crazy improvements already and its only been about a week:)

Moral of this story... beds are grosser than we think. Wash your sheets frequently and keep them off your face! Wearing a lose cotton T with a high neck will be my main sleeping wardrobe considering the drastic changes.
